Product Updates
Automatic Budget Assignment
Keeping budgets up to date shouldn’t be a manual job. With Automatic Budget Assignment, admins can now create rules that automatically assign budgets to employees based on department, location, or role. This means new hires get their purchasing budgets the moment they join.
How to get up and running:
1. Head to Settings → Budgets
2. Create your assignment rules
3. Watch your budgets update automatically

Delivery Options: Decide who gets the delivery updates
We’re giving you even more flexibility to customize delivery options. In Delivery Options, admins can now define which delivery locations are available at checkout and who should be listed as the contact person on each order.
Besides configuring delivery locations (home, office or both), you can now also configure who will receive order updates: The approver or the assigned user. You decide!

More control over renewal reminders
If you have your End-of-Lifecycles settings enabled, Admins can now configure renewal reminder emails for employees and decide whether these notifications should be sent or not.
The emails are turned on by default, but you can easily turn them off if you prefer to manage renewals in another way. It’s a small update that gives you more flexibility in how renewal communication is handled.

New HRIS integration: Hailey
We’re thrilled to welcome Hailey to Velory’s growing ecosystem of HR integrations. This sync keeps employee data aligned between systems, automatically updating assets, budgets, and permissions when someone joins, leaves, or changes role.
That means fewer manual updates, no missed offboardings, and less room for human error.
Head to Settings -> HR system sync to get started.

Coming soon: QR label - Label and scan your way to faster asset lookups
The first version of Velory’s QR labels is on the way, making it easier to identify and find hardware across your company. Admins can now generate and print QR labels directly from the asset list, then attach them to devices.
When scanned (using a smartphone camera or barcode scanner), each label instantly opens that device’s page in Velory. This gives IT teams a quick way to verify details, check assignments, or confirm status during audits.
Keep repairs transparent, and devices in sight
When devices break, things can easily get messy. The new Device Repair Flow helps you bring structure to the process, from request to repair and back in use.
Employees can now request a repair directly in Velory, and admins can track every case in one place. Each repair has a clear status - from reported to sent for repair to ready for use - set by the admin to keep the overview accurate and up to date.
This is the first version of the feature, with more improvements on the way.
