As a user of HiBob, you will obtain streamlined user management with easy import and synchronization of existing and new employees into Velory user database. With synced employee data, Velory can:

As an admin, you can connect your HR system to Velory with just a few clicks. Reach out to our Support or your Customer Success manager to get going.
Data availability
Once connected, users will be imported with the following dataset:
- First name
- Last name
- Identity provider ID (HiBob’s ID for the user)
- State
- Street address
- City
- Country
- Postal code
- Hire date
- Termination date
- Cost center
- Employee number
Data updates
Changed user information and new users will automatically be imported to your Velory account. The data is updated daily to keep employees and their details up to date, if needed you can perform a synchronization manually by just clicking on a button.
