End-of-Lifecycle flows are here - streamline device retirement

Managing retiring hardware just got easier. Velory’s new End-of-Lifecycle (EOL) flows give you structure and control, cutting down on manual work and risks during offboarding.

💸 Buyout: Employees can purchase devices with automated valuations and secure Stripe payment.
🔁 Keep: Extend lifecycle use by default or allow employee choice.
📦 Return: Trigger logistics, notify employees, and track inventory in one view.

With the new offboarding flow, you simply set the employee’s last working day - Velory automatically runs the right lifecycle process. No more chasing spreadsheets or ad-hoc steps.

New MDM integration: Jamf now live

You can now connect Jamf directly to Velory to sync and manage devices with less manual work. Velory supports five MDM systems today - and we’re adding more. Check the full list of supported integrations here.

We’ve partnered with Inrego, the Nordic market leader in IT equipment reuse, to bring a new option into Velory: the ability to buy reused devices directly through the platform. By choosing reused, you can lower costs, reduce your company’s climate footprint, and strengthen your circular IT strategy – without changing the way you already work in Velory.

Updated budget view 

The budget view in Your details is now easier to navigate, especially on mobile devices.

• Scroll smoothly if you have more than three budget categories.
• Click More budget info to see details in a pop-up - including assigned devices

Fresh new look for Spaces

The Spaces table in the Asset Management view has a new design. That means a cleaner layout and clearer overview of your Spaces.

Mobile Subscriptions in Velory

Soon you’ll be able to purchase and manage mobile subscriptions directly in Velory - starting with our first partner, Tele2.

• Sync subscriptions with users in Velory
• Manage purchases and terminations alongside your devices

This will make subscription management easier, more transparent, and fully integrated into your workflows. More partners are in the pipeline - stay tuned!
