How does ordering a mobile subscription work?
Place the order directly in Velory. It goes through your existing approval flow, and once approved, Velory sends it to the connected telecom operator via API. The employee receives their activation details automatically. No portal-hopping.
How does Velory handle offboarding for mobile subscriptions?
The same workflow that handles hardware returns and software license revocation also handles mobile. Admins can terminate the subscription immediately or schedule it for a future date so the employee has time to port their number.
