1. How many days per week do you prefer to work from home and why?

Three or more days. Higher productivity and able to work more hours since I save time on commute and can have my meals, and do things like laundry and dishwashing while working.

2. What is a hidden treasure among apps for you — a favorite application of yours that might be unknown to many?

Resonant breathing - a coherence breathing app. Of the more common apps I use Notion a lot.

3. Any tips on how to use AI in daily life or work? What is your company policy around it?

I use AI mainly for research. It cuts down research time with several hours. I also use it to revise longer texts.

4. What's your most important work tool, making you productive?

Google Calendar and Notion.

5. What career tips would you give your younger self?

Find what you’re passionate about and invest all your time and energy into it.

6. What is your view on employee choice, i.e. flexibility for employees to choose their hardware and software?

Let the employees choose. Hardware and software are just tools to get things done.

7. What is an ideal new employee onboarding experience?

Extreme clarity on what they will be measured on, how they can reach those goals and the speed of execution that is expected. Also of course a welcoming experience, where they feel that they can make mistakes to figure things out.
