1. How many days per week do you prefer to work from home and why?
Zero, I work best from the office or coffee shops.
2. What is a hidden treasure among apps for you — a favorite application of yours that might be unknown to many?
Storytel, Audible (listening to books).
3. Any tips on how to use AI in daily life or work? What is your company policy around it?
We are very open to AI and our coworkers use AI all the time, mostly to write text and create content. The policy is, always have a human touch on the final result.
4. What's your most important work tool, making you productive?
Weird enough, Photoshop and Excel. We make a lot of our calculations in office space with these tools.
5. What career tips would you give your younger self?
Focus on one thing at a time, and make the most of it before the next project.
6. What is your view on employee choice, i.e. flexibility for employees to choose their hardware and software?
Our employees use “lighter” tools that don’t require a great amount of processing power. But we move around a lot so mobility and lighter equipment is preferred.
7. What is an ideal new employee onboarding experience?
They start and desktop, hardware and software are already setup for them so they can start right away. I think that will make the employee feel more included and you will give that person a better chance to get into the work faster and better.
