Acast has chosen Velory to run IT lifecycle management for its employees worldwide. The agreement supports Acast's continued international growth and gives its IT team one consistent way of working across every office.
Acast, the global podcast company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, will use Velory across its offices worldwide. The partnership covers the full IT lifecycle, from the first order for a new hire, through to reuse and end of life.
Acast continues to expand internationally, with North America now its largest and fastest-growing region, and wants IT to keep pace without losing its strong focus on employee choice. The goal is one way of working that every office and every new hire follows.
Flexibility was central to Acast’s decision. Rather than working within a fixed set of processes, Acast can shape its IT workflows around how the company operates and adjust them as the organisation changes. Velory connects those workflows with Acast’s existing systems, so changes such as a new hire, role change or departure can automatically trigger the right next steps.
“As Acast grows, we want our IT to scale with us without adding manual work for the team or for our employees. Velory gives us that, and the flexibility to keep adjusting as we change. It’s the right partner for where we’re heading,” says Dragan Ovrlinic, Global Director of IT, Acast.
"Acast's IT team is already working the way we believe more companies will need to. They design how IT should run across every office and give their people real choice within it. We're proud Acast chose Velory to support that," says Johan Lilja, Founder and CEO, Velory.
