These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Velory’s Microsoft Intune Integration (“Integration”) within the Velory platform (“Velory”). By enabling this Integration, you agree to comply with these Terms. The general Velory Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
The Integration provides read-only access to Microsoft Intune data via OAuth authentication. It allows administrators to retrieve and view IT asset management data within Velory. The integration does not modify, delete, or override any data in Intune. Administrators of Velory’s client organizations have full control over whether the integration is activated and which categories of Intune data are synchronized.
By enabling this Integration, you acknowledge that:
● Velory accesses Microsoft Intune APIs based on the permissions granted by the user.
● Data retrieval is strictly read-only; no modifications to Intune data occur.
● Your use of Intune data remains subject to Microsoft’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Integration processes Microsoft Intune data solely for synchronization and visualization within Velory. Data handling follows Velory’s Privacy Policy. Retrieved Intune data is stored only as needed for synchronization and visualization. Users may request data deletion per Velory’s Privacy Policy.
Velory implements industry-standard encryption and access controls to secure retrieved data.
Administrators are responsible for managing synchronization settings and ensuring compliance with their organization’s policies.
Users must not attempt to bypass security controls or misuse the Integration.
Velory is not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of this Integration. Velory may suspend or disable the Integration if it detects misuse or security risks
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Velory after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
