Does Velory support one-off purchases or leasing for IT procurement?
At your Velory Store, you will be able to make one-off purchases, as well as purchases with leasing. It depends on the setup you established with your IT suppliers. If you have leasing agreements with 3StepIT or DLL Financial Solutions, you will be able to check the details of existing leasing agreements for your devices directly on your Velory account.
Does using Velory imply that my employees will make orders themselves?
No. Your company can decide to centralize the purchasing process or grant access to employees – a set of the employees, or all employees.
If employees have access to Velory, how can I make sure employees follow policies and budgets?
If you decide to invite your employees to join Velory, you need to associate them to a pre-defined budget. In the budget, you establish different rules such as how many items an employee can have (for example: one computer and one phone). Moreover, you can define an allowance for each type of equipment. Then, when the employees visit the Store, at Velory, they will easily see which devices fit their allowance. You can give your employees the option to finance devices which are above their allowance.
